How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription, you must submit a request through your account dashboard or contact our customer support team at help@audioz.io. Please include your account details and a request for cancellation in your message.

Cancellation Notice Period
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 1 day before your next billing date. Cancellations made after this period will be processed for the next billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

Immediate Cancellation
In certain situations, such as a violation of our Terms of Service, we may cancel your subscription immediately. You will be notified of the cancellation and any applicable consequences.


Refund Policy

Trial Period: If you cancel within the trial period specified at the time of sign-up, you will not be charged for the subscription, and no payment will be collected.

No Refunds After Payment: Payments made for the current billing period or beyond the trial period are non-refundable.

Partial Usage: Refunds will not be granted for partial usage of the subscription period or for unused credits.

Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations based solely on a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service after the trial period.
